The New Jersey Center for Healthy Living is located
at 292 Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, New Jersey,
just twelve miles west of New York City. Our facility
offers free private parking and a taxi cab stand
and bus stop directly across the street from our
front door. We are also located within five minutes
of both the Bay Street and Walnut Street Midtown
(Manhattan) Direct train stations. Dedicated parking
spaces, an elevator, ADA compliant restrooms, and
electronically adjustable bodywork tables allow
us to be welcoming and accessible to all.
On the second floor, up and away from the hubbub at
street level, with carefully chosen colors, floor finishes
and peaceful décor, we have turned our health
care environment into a wonderfully energizing, stress
reducing place to be. Our soundproof and artistically
decorated bodywork room is gaining a reputation as
the perfect place to transcend the stresses of daily
life!
Our 800 square foot multi-purpose room, equipped with
a large viewing screen and fabulous surround sound
system is home to several weekly classes including
Yamuna Body Rolling, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Barre Synergy,
a mind/body fitness regimen. We also feature health
fairs, lectures and specialty workshops. We make the
room available for all types of classes and private
functions and have comfortable seating for up to 70
people.
With all of our numerous resources combined, we are
a center where the community can tap into a comprehensive
list of health care programs and spa services; a destination
to enhance your health, your lifestyle, and achieve
a profound sense of well being.
