Kenneth Silvestri is a Psychotherapist and a certified classical Homeopath (CCH) and is a registered with the North American Society for Homeopathy. He has had a private practice since 1980 and offers a unique integrative approach to resolving problems.
Ken's doctorate is in Anthropology and Psychology from Columbia University. He has studied at the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy, the Family Institute of NJ, and the Renaissance Institute for Classical Homeopathy (formerly the New School of Homeopathy). In addition he has had national fellowships with the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Chicago.
Dr. Silvestri has taught and was a school administrator at the public school level. He was a former adjunct professor at Montclair State University and currently teaches graduate courses at the College of Saint Elizabeth. He has published over fifty articles and conducts workshops on family therapy, alternative education, communication skills, and homeopathy. He is also an AAMFT clinical member/approved supervisor and an active student of Aikido, a martial art dedicated to peace and harmony.
